While earning my CIDA accredited interior design degree from High Point University in High Point, North Carolina, I spent all four years diving into the design world by working with Century Furniture for four consecutive years, working with names such as Thomas O’Brien and Candice Olson. After graduation, I became the Showroom Designer for Klaussner Home Furnishings, designing for High Point, Las Vegas, and Chicago furniture markets, as well as taking creative lead for a photo shoot for Trisha Yearwood's Outdoor Collection, and helping set up a commercial for her line in her Nashville, TN home.

 

With a love for creating spaces that are as equally beautiful, as they are meaningful for each client’s specific need and lifestyle, I launched Tennyson Studio after moving from North Carolina to Savannah, Georgia in 2015 with my husband Jared. After the addition of our fur baby Daisy in 2016 and the birth of our daughter Collins Grace in 2019, function and comfort have become the cornerstone of my designs for my growing and active family. I believe every space should be beautiful, but also a comfortable haven for not only you, but for your family to enjoy worry free, and able to withstand whatever each new day brings.
