Full SCope interior Design
$175 per hour
My belief is that design is an incredibly detailed experience. No two people are the same, and neither should their homes. I pride myself on being a trusted, guiding light throughout your renovation or build process, while honing in on the details that should make your home authentically you. From the floor plan curated to your lifestyle, to the fabric selections that offer you relaxation at the end of the day, Tennyson is there to handle selections, logistics, and timelines throughout the duration of the project whether it’s construction, renovation, or furnishings, offering you peace of mind. Let’s also have some fun with it! I only take on five full scope projects a year to ensure a thorough process for my clients from start to finish.

Design
A) Hard Design - Quotes and estimates are obtained, building specs are selected based on agreed upon budget.
B) Soft Design - Present furnishings and decor specs, with quotes, estimates, and timelines.

Order, Track logistics, and receive deliveries! Regular job site visits to ensure a smooth process and hold team accountable.
FINISH
Punch list to ensure all details are finalized, spaces are styled and fluffed. Spaces are photographed!

SPEC HOME DESIGN

For the builder or developer looking to create a more custom and personal touch to an existing client’s home, or are looking for another trusted member to join the project team to take the reigns of design selections for spec homes or build packages. An interrupted one-hour, one-on-one virtual session to take your ideas and simplify them into actionable steps. We start with your photos and questions sent a week before while I brainstorm a plan of action to talk you through for our session. Then we grab a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and get to work! Walk away with actionable steps, educated choices, and confidence moving forward.
